My rates are very reasonable and I offer a significant discount on the first project. I charge an hourly rate.

I do not offer flat rates or package deals for multiple motions, but I can try to provide you with an estimate of the number of hours after reviewing the materials.

Because not every case has an unlimited budget for legal writing and research, I am happy to discuss your budget and expectations in advance.

Extreme rush motions may cost extra depending on the time-frame, which will be discussed in advance.

Nothing will be charged for the use of legal research tools.
​
In addition to the motion, I usually provide a confidential strategy memorandum to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the issues, make oral argument suggestions, and suggest future litigation strategies.

Logistics
Although I am located in Germany, I am flexible with your preferred method of consultation. In addition to being very responsive via email, I also have a US-based landline and message phone, and can meet with you face-to-face over Skype, Zoom, or other online meeting platforms.

I do not work directly for clients or represent them directly. I provide intellectual property to other attorneys.
My IT infrastructure runs on open-source software (openSuse Linux) to guarantee highest standards in data security. Depending on the level of confidentiality you require, we can communicate via standard email and exchange files via Dropbox; alternatively, I can offer to use strong encryption techniques via the Open PGP Message Format.

Because I am in Europe, 9 hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time, I can be hard at work on your time-sensitive motions while you sleep!
